The promise
If your dog refuses to eat their Nuvora treat within 7 days of delivery, we'll refund your purchase in full. No restocking fees, no runaround.
How it works
1. Try the treats within 7 days
Offer the treat to your dog within one week of the package arriving at your door.
2. Record a short video
Film your dog being offered the treat and clearly refusing it. We just need to see that they didn't eat it — no production value required.
3. Email it to us
Send the video to official@nuvorapet.com from the email address you used to place the order, along with your order number. We'll process your refund within a few business days.
The fine print
- • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Video evidence is required — we can't process a refund without it.
- • The email you send from must match the one used at checkout so we can verify the order.
- • The guarantee covers one refund per product per customer. Once a refund has been issued for a specific treat, we reserve the right to decline future orders of that same product from the same customer — we'd rather you spend that money on something your dog actually loves.
- • Other Nuvora products remain available to you. The block only applies to the specific treat that was refunded.
