This page is maintained by the Nuvora Treats team to answer common security and privacy questions about our website and orders. It describes the controls we currently have in place — it is not a third-party certification or an independent audit.
Account & sign-in security
Customer accounts are protected by email and password sign-in, with optional Google sign-in. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider and stored in your browser only for as long as you stay signed in.
Administrative tools that manage orders, reviews, and site settings require a separate admin password plus a one-time code sent to the owner's email before access is granted.
Data we collect and how it's stored
We collect the information you provide when you place an order, book a service, leave a review, contact us, or sign up for emails — typically your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details.
This data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access controls so that customer records are only accessible to you (when signed in) and to the Nuvora Treats owner for fulfilling your order.
Payments
Online product purchases are processed through Shopify. Card details are entered on Shopify's checkout and are never stored on Nuvora Treats' own servers.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart, manage personalized offers and countdowns, and prevent duplicate sign-ups. We do not sell your personal information.
Services we rely on (subprocessors)
Nuvora Treats uses the following third-party services to run the site and fulfill orders:
- Shopify — product catalog, checkout, and payment processing
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
- Klaviyo — email marketing and newsletter sign-ups
- Judge.me — customer product reviews
- Google — optional sign-in and calendar availability
- Lovable — hosting platform for this website
Privacy requests & data deletion
To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email nuvoratreats@gmail.com from the address on your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by visiting our unsubscribe page.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability on nuvoratreats.com, please email nuvoratreats@gmail.com with details and steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we've had a chance to respond.
