- When do points land?
- Order points appear once your order is fulfilled. Referral points land when your friend's first paid order is fulfilled.
- Can I combine points with a subscription discount?
- Yes. Subscribe & Save discounts (up to 12%) stack with point redemptions at checkout.
- Do points expire?
- Points stay valid as long as your account is active. We'll email a reminder before any inactivity sweep.
- How do review points work?
- Leave a review on any product you've purchased. Once our team approves it (usually within 1–2 business days), 50 points are added to your account automatically.
