First-time customer? Every service booking comes with a complimentary small treat bag on your first order — on the house. Plus, get 15% off your second booking when you come back for more.
Dog walking
2+ dogs from the same home: 70% per dog of the single-walk rate ($10.50 each).
Pet sitting
Daytime visits billed at $12/hr. Overnight in-home stays are a flat $50/night. Long stays earn 0.7% off per added hour (cap at 13 hrs — anything longer is a custom quote). Holiday weeks +15%.
Doggy daycare
Daytime only — no overnight stays. Care takes place at our actual home. Some days may be unavailable due to household occurrences or housemate preferences. $14/hr for one dog, $12/hr per dog for 2+ from the same home.

Rides priced per one-way unless noted. Round-trips include short wait time.

Good questions, straight answers
Everything new clients usually ask before their first booking.
- Yes — and it's free. We come to your home for about 20–30 minutes to meet your dog, walk through their routine, look at where food, leashes and keys live, and answer any questions. Nothing is locked in until after the meet-and-greet.
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service fee; no-shows or same-day cancellations are billed in full. Recurring weekly clients get one free late cancel each month.
- Have your dog's leash, harness and waste bags in one visible spot, food portioned if a meal falls during the visit, and any medication clearly labelled with instructions. Let us know about allergies, triggers, off-limit areas of the home, and the best way to reach you during the visit.
- We reply to every request within 12 hours, usually much faster during the day. Standard bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. Last-minute requests (under 48 hours notice) depend on availability — message us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in.
- Yes. Every Nuvora caregiver is fully insured, trained in pet first aid, and personally vetted by us. We send a short update with photos after each visit so you always know how your dog is doing.
- Doggy daycare is a home-based service at our residence. Because care happens in our actual home, some days may be unavailable due to household occurrences or housemate preferences. We'll always confirm availability when you request a booking.
