Everything new clients usually ask before their first booking.

Do you offer a meet-and-greet before the first booking?+
Yes — and it's free. We come to your home for about 20–30 minutes to meet your dog, walk through their routine, look at where food, leashes and keys live, and answer any questions. Nothing is locked in until after the meet-and-greet.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service fee; no-shows or same-day cancellations are billed in full. Recurring weekly clients get one free late cancel each month.
What should I prepare before you arrive?+
Have your dog's leash, harness and waste bags in one visible spot, food portioned if a meal falls during the visit, and any medication clearly labelled with instructions. Let us know about allergies, triggers, off-limit areas of the home, and the best way to reach you during the visit.
How long does it take to confirm a request?+
We reply to every request within 12 hours, usually much faster during the day. Standard bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. Last-minute requests (under 48 hours notice) depend on availability — message us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Are you insured and is my dog safe with you?+
Yes. Every Nuvora caregiver is fully insured, trained in pet first aid, and personally vetted by us. We send a short update with photos after each visit so you always know how your dog is doing.
